Just finished a Romeo&Jukiet project at school! What would you perfect mate look like what would they do and what would you do to them. My perfect mate has to be funny. Certain height not required and maybe good looking. As what I do to my perfect mate..... lets just say you won't see him for a while....... not that he'll be able to move or anything Twisted Evil

Call me a fire worshiping unbeliever, but I actually really don't know or care what my "perfect mate" would look or be like. I'm not looking for perfection, I'm looking for companionship (and maybe, if I'm lucky, real love). After that, I'm not picky. So long as we could reasonably get along and have some sort of common ground to stand on, the rest are just details.

I agree with that. a 'perfect mate' shouldn't be based on looks.

Yeah when it comes down to it the perfect mate is the one who's imperfect. Flaws and all, when you think about it looks can be deciving. That's why I don't date pretty boys!

true that, the person you least expect to fall in love ends up being right for you. But many people avoid that truth. They're like "I'm never falling for that dork" and end up falling for that person. Maybe it's just me but more people are in false relationships than a real one.

It's pretty well known that "Once you really love someone, all their faults will become invisible." And so that's when looks don't really matter. But I suppose, no matter how much we as humans may want to deny it, that the first attraction is mostly based on looks. No matter how we want to say we don't. There maybe the .01 percentage of people who are not attracted by physical appearances, but it's difficult not to be reeled in by someone relatively "handsome" or "pretty", unless, I suppose, it's pretty obvious that the person is obviously "distasteful"?
